27 So Yahweh created man in His own image. In the image of Yahweh He created the man. Then He created the woman from the man.

28 Then Yahweh blessed him, and Yahweh said to him: be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it: have rulership over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.

Ten Principles of a Nation to be Reborn

1   THE HEBREW PEOPLE: The Hebrew people is a covenanted people

Exo 19:5 KJV

5Now therefore, if you will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth [is] mine:

6 And you shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These [are] the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Yisraal.

1.1 How to be establish as a Covenant People

Deu 29:9 KJV

9 Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.

10 You stand this day all of you before Yahweh your Father; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, [with] all the men of Yisraal,

11 Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that [is] in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

12 That thou shouldest enter into covenant with Yahweh thy Father, and into his oath, which Yahweh thy Father maketh with thee this day:

13That he may establish thee today for a people unto himself, and [that] he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Yaqoob.

14 Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

15 But with [him] that standeth here with us this day before Yahweh our God, and also with [him] that [is] not here with us this day:

1.2 How to Identify the Covenant People

Gen 17:10-14 KJV

10This [is] my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

11 And you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which [is] not of thy seed.

13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs[1] be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant

14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

1.3Covenant of the Promise Land to Abraham

Article 14. Part 1 - The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land [is] mine; for you [are] strangers and sojourners with me. Lev 25:23 KJV

Yahweh said unto Abram, know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land [that is] not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;Gen 15:13 KJV

And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance[2]. Gen 15:14 KJV

In the same day Yahweh made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: Gen 15:18 KJV

  •          And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. Gen 15:21 KJV

Gen 15:1-6 KJV

After these things the word of Yahweh came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I [am] thy shield, [and] thy exceeding great reward. And Abram said, Yahweh Almighty, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house [is] this Eliezer of Damascus? And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

And, behold, the word of Yahweh [came] unto him, saying, this shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. And he brought him forth abroad, and said, look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. And he believed in Yahweh; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Now these [are] the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which Yahweh your Father commanded to teach you, that you might do [them] in the land whither you go to possess it: Deu 6:1 KJV

That thou mightest fear Yahweh thy Father, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged. Deu 6:2 KJV

Hear therefore, O Yisraal, and observe to do [it]; that it may be well with thee, and that you may increase mightily, as Yahweh God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey. Deu 6:3 KJV

Hear, O Yisraal: Yahweh our Father, Yahweh is One: Deu 6:4 KJV

And thou shalt love Yahweh thy Father with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deu 6:5 KJV

And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: Deu 6:6 KJV

And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.Deu 6:7 KJV

And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. Deu 6:8 KJV

And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. Deu 6:9 KJV

And it shall be, when Yahweh thy Father shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not, Deu 6:10 KJV

And houses full of all good [things], which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full; Deu 6:11 KJV

[Then] beware lest thou forget Yahweh, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.Deu 6:12 KJV

Thou shalt fear Yahweh thy Father, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name. Deu 6:13 KJV

You shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which [are] round about you; Deu 6:14 KJV

(For Yahweh thy Father [is] a jealous God among you) lest the anger of Yahweh thy Father be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth. Deu 6:15 KJV

You shall not tempt Yahweh your Father, as you tempted [him] in Massah. Deu 6:16 KJV

You shall diligently keep the commandments of Yahweh your Father, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee. Deu 6:17 KJV

And thou shalt do [that which is] right and good in the sight of Yahweh: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which Yahweh sware unto thy fathers,Deu 6:18 KJV

To cast out all thine enemies from before thee, as Yahweh hath spoken. Deu 6:19 KJV

[And] when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What [mean] the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which Yahweh our God hath commanded you? Deu 6:20 KJV

Then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt; and Yahweh brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand: Deu 6:21 KJV

And Yahweh shewed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes: Deu 6:22 KJV

And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.Deu 6:23 KJV

And Yahweh commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Yahweh our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as [it is] at this day. Deu 6:24 KJV

And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before Yahweh our God, as he hath commanded us. Deu 6:25 KJV

We must keep Yahweh’s law, commandments and uphold his statutes and judgments.

Now therefore hearken, O Yisraal, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do [them], that you may live, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh God of your fathers giveth you. Deu 4:1 KJV

You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish [ought] from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahweh your Father which I command you. Deu 4:2 KJV

Your eyes have seen what Yahweh did because of Baalpeor: for all the men that followed Baalpeor, Yahweh thy Father hath destroyed them from among you. Deu 4:3 KJV

But you that did cleave unto Yahweh your Father [are] alive every one of you this day. Deu 4:4 KJV

Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as Yahweh my God commanded me, that you should do so in the land whither you go to possess it. Deu 4:5 KJV

Keep therefore and do [them]; for this [is] your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation [is] a wise and understanding people. Deu 4:6 KJV

For what nation [is there so] great, who [hath] God [so] nigh unto them, as Yahweh our God [is] in all [things that] we call upon him [for]? Deu 4:7 KJV

And what nation [is there so] great, that hath statutes and judgments [so] righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day? Deu 4:8 KJV

2 THE HOMELAND: Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Yahweh hath sworn [in] truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne. Psa 132:11 KJV

If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore. Psa 132:12 KJV

Thus saith Yahweh, the heaven [is] my throne, and the earth [is] my footstool: where [is] the house that you build unto me? and where [is] the place of my rest? Isa 66:1 KJV

For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith Yahweh; and they shall come, and they shall set everyone his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of Judah. Jer 1:15 KJV

At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Yahweh; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Yahweh, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart. Jer 3:17 KJV

2.1 YAHWEH’S HOLY PORTION

Yahweh is the portion of our inheritance and of our cup: he maintains our lot. Psa 16:5

Yahweh is our portion, O Yahweh: we have said that we would keep His words. Psa 119:57 KJV

Now therefore, if we will obey his voice indeed, and keep his covenant, then we shall be a peculiar treasure unto him above all people: for all the earth is Yahweh’s: Exo 19:5 KJV

And we shall be unto him a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Yisraal. Exo 19:6 KJV

The portion of Yaqoob is not like them; for he is the former of all things: and Yisraal is the rod of His inheritance: Yahweh of hosts is his name. Jer 51:19 KJV

Moreover, when we shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, we shall offer an oblation unto Yahweh, an holy portion of the land: the length shall be the length of five and twenty thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about. Eze 45:1 KJV

Of this there shall be for the sanctuary five hundred in length, with five hundred in breadth, square round about; and fifty cubits round about for the suburbs thereof. Eze 45:2

And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the sanctuary and the most holy place. The holy portion of the land shall be for the priests the ministers of the sanctuary, which shall come near to minister unto Yahweh: and it shall be a place for their houses, and an holy place for the sanctuary. Eze 45:3-4 KJV

And the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers. Eze 45:5 KJV

And we shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and twenty thousand long, over against the oblation of the holy portion: it shall be for the whole house of Yisraal. Eze 45:6 KJV

And a portion shall be for the prince on the one side and on the other side of the oblation of the holy portion, and of the possession of the city, before the oblation of the holy portion, and before the possession of the city, from the west side westward, and from the east side eastward: and the length shall be over against one of the portions, from the west border unto the east border. Eze 45:7 KJV

In the land shall be his possession in Yisraal: and my princes shall no more oppress my people; and the rest of the land shall they give to the house of Yisraal according to their tribes. Eze 45:8 KJV

But the tithes of the children of Yisraal, which they offer [as] an heave offering unto Yahweh, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Yisraal they shall have no inheritance. Num 18:24 KJV

At that time Yahweh separated the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, to stand before Yahweh to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day. Deu 10:8 KJV

Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; Yahweh [is] his inheritance, according as Yahweh thy God promised him. Deu 10:9 KJV

The priests the Levites, [and] all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Yisraal: they shall eat the offerings of Yahweh made by fire, and his inheritance. Deu 18:1 KJV

And it shall come to pass, [that] we shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto us, and to the strangers that sojourn among us, which shall beget children among us: and they shall be unto us as born in the country among the children of Yisraal; they shall have inheritance with us among the tribes of Yisraal. Eze 47:22 KJV

And it shall come to pass, [that] in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall we give [him] his inheritance, saith Yahweh Almighty. Eze 47:23 KJV

Article 4B – 004.73 The House (Government) Of Yahweh

73 The Priests must not drink wine or strong drink before entering the inner court of The House of Yahweh to perform their duties or teach the Law.

Leviticus 10:9-11—

9 do not drink wine nor strong drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tent of meeting, or you shall die. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.

10 You must distinguish between the holy and unholy, and between the unclean and the clean,

11 And you must teach the children of Yisraal all the statutes which Yahweh has spoken to them, by the hand of Mosheh.

293 Do not fail to carry out the sentence of judgment.

Deuteronomy 17:11-12—

11 According to the Law they teach you, you shall do, and according to the decisions they give you, you shall do. You must not turn aside to the right hand nor to the left from the sentence they pronounce for you.

12 The man who acts presumptuously, and shows contempt for the priest who stands to minister in front of Yahweh your Father, or for the judge, that man must be put to death. In this way you will purge the evil from Yisraal.

And Yahweh said unto Moses, come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them. Exo 24:12 KJV

And that you may teach the children of Yisraal all the statutes which Yahweh hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses. Lev 10:11 KJV

Now therefore hearken, O Yisraal, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that you may live, and go in and possess the land which Yahweh Almighty of your fathers giveth you. Deu 4:1 KJV

Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons; Deu 4:9 KJV

Specially the day that thou stoodest before Yahweh thy Father in Horeb, when Yahweh said unto me, gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children. Deu 4:10 KJV

And Yahweh commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that you might do them in the land whither you go over to possess it. Deu 4:14 KJV

But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it. Deu 5:31 KJV

And you shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deu 11:19 KJV

And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: Deu 6:6 KJV

And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deu 6:7 KJV

And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.Deu 6:8 KJV

And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. Deu 6:9 KJV

Then thou shalt say unto thy son, we were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt; and Yahweh brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand: Deu 6:21 KJV

Mal 2:1-4JV

And now, O you priests, this commandment is for you. If you will not hear, and if you will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith Yahweh of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because you do not lay it to heart.

Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it. And you shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith Yahweh of hosts.

And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying,Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Yisraal, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Yisraal in my jealousy. Num 25:10-11 KJV

Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace:  And he shall have it, and his seed after him, [even] the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Yisraal.Num 25:12-13 KJV

Mal 2:5-10KJV

My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity and did turn many away from iniquity. For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of Yahweh of hosts. But you are departed out of the way; you have caused many to stumble at the law; you have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith Yahweh of hosts.

Therefore, have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as you have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law. Have we not all one father? hath not one Father created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

4.1  Consequences of Rejecting Knowledge

Hear the word of Yahweh, you children of Yisraal: for Yahweh hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because [there is] no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of Yahweh in the land. Hos 4:1 KJV

By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Hos 4:2 KJV

Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away. Hos 4:3 KJV

Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people [are] as they that strive with the priest. Hos 4:4 KJV

Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother. Hos 4:5 KJV

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy Father, I will also forget thy children. Hos 4:6 KJV

As they were increased, so they sinned against me: [therefore] will I change their glory into shame. Hos 4:7 KJV

They eat up the sin of my people, and they set their heart on their iniquity. Hos 4:8 KJV

And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings. Hos 4:9 KJV

For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to Yahweh. Hos 4:10 KJV

Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart. Hos 4:11 KJV

My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused [them] to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God. Hos 4:12 KJV

They sacrifice upon the tops of the mountains, and burn incense upon the hills, under oaks and poplars and elms, because the shadow thereof [is] good: therefore your daughters shall commit whoredom, and your spouses shall commit adultery. Hos 4:13 KJV

I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people [that] doth not understand shall fall. Hos 4:14 KJV

Though thou, Yisraal, play the harlot, [yet] let not Judah offend; and come not you unto Gilgal, neither go you up to Bethaven, nor swear, Yahweh liveth. Hos 4:15 KJV

For Yisraal slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now Yahweh will feed them as a lamb in a large place. Hos 4:16 KJV

Ephraim [is] joined to idols: let him alone. Hos 4:17 KJV

Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually: her rulers [with] shame do love, Give you. Hos 4:18 KJV

The wind hath bound her up in her wings, and they shall be ashamed because of their sacrifices. Hos 4:19 KJV

5  UNITY: The unification of the entire nation around the banner of the Nation of Yisraal

Article 1 – Part 1 Court Establishment

Num 11:16-17

And Yahweh said unto Moses, 1.) Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Yisraal, 2.) whom you know to be the elders of the people, 3.) and officers over them; 4.) and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with you.

And I will come down and talk with you there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon you, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you bear it not thyself alone.

Exod 19:10-22

And Yahweh said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and tomorrow, and let them wash their clothes, And be ready against the third day: for the third day Yahweh will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai. And you shall set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that you go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever touch the mount shall be surely put to death:

There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount. And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes. And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives. And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled. And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with Yahweh; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because Yahweh descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and Yahweh answered him by a voice. And Yahweh came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and Yahweh called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up. And Yahweh said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto Yahweh to gaze, and many of them perish. And let the priests also, which come near to Yahweh, sanctify themselves, lest Yahweh break forth upon them.

Exod 24:2-6

And Moses alone shall come near Yahweh: but they shall not come near; neither shall the people go up with him. And Moses came and told the people all the words of Yahweh, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which Yahweh have said will we do. And Moses wrote all the words of Yahweh, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Yisraal.

And he sent young men of the children of Yisraal, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto Yahweh. And Moses took half of the blood, and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

Num 1:52

The children of Yisraal shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.

Num 2:1-34

And Yahweh spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, Every man of the children of Yisraal shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father's house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch. Every man of the children of Yisraal shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father's house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch.

And on the east side toward the rising of the sun shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah pitch throughout their armies: and Nahshon the son of Amminadab shall be captain of the children of Judah. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred. And those that do pitch next unto him shall be the tribe of Issachar: and Nethaneel the son of Zuar shall be captain of the children of Issachar. And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred. Then the tribe of Zebulun: and Eliab the son of Helon shall be captain of the children of Zebulun. And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred. All that were numbered in the camp of Judah were an hundred thousand and fourscore thousand and six thousand and four hundred, throughout their armies. These shall first set forth.

On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben according to their armies: and the captain of the children of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur. And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were forty and six thousand and five hundred. And those which pitch by him shall be the tribe of Simeon: and the captain of the children of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred. Then the tribe of Gad: and the captain of the sons of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and five thousand and six hundred and fifty. All that were numbered in the camp of Reuben were an hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, throughout their armies. And they shall set forth in the second rank. Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall set forward with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camp: as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place by their standards.

On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their armies: and the captain of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty thousand and five hundred. And by him shall be the tribe of Manasseh: and the captain of the children of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred. Then the tribe of Benjamin: and the captain of the sons of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.   All that were numbered of the camp of Ephraim were an hundred thousand and eight thousand and an hundred, throughout their armies. Then the tribe of Naphtali: and the captain of the children of Naphtali shall be Ahira the son of Enan. And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred. All they that were numbered in the camp of Dan were an hundred thousand and fifty and seven thousand and six hundred. They shall go hindmost with their standards. These are those which were numbered of the children of Yisraal by the House of their fathers: all those that were numbered of the camps throughout their hosts were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty. But the Levites were not numbered among the children of Yisraal; as Yahweh commanded Moses. And the children of Yisraal did according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses: so they pitched by their standards, and so they set forward, every one after their families, according to the House of their fathers.

Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.   6  SOVEREIGNTY: Renewal of Hebrew sovereignty over the redeemed land

6.1 RECOGNITION OF YERUSALEM AS THE CAPITAL OF YISRAAL

For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a free woman. By a bondmaid was born Ishmael and by a freewoman was born Isaac. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.

Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the Mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Yerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Yerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. Gal 4:22-26 KJV

24Throughout the country that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption of the land.

7  RULES OF JUSTICE: And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward, thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the    faithful city. Isa 1:26 KJV

Deu 4:2 KJV

Deu 4:8 KJV

Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons; Deu 4:9 KJV

Deu 6:3 KJV

And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers. Deu 6:23 KJV

And you shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit [them for] a possession; they shall be your bondmen forever: but over your brethren the children of Yisraal, you shall not rule one over another with rigour. Lev 25:46 KJV

And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, you shall not vex him. Lev 19:33 KJV

[But] the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I [am] Yahweh your Father.Lev 19:34 KJV

You shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I [am] Yahweh your Father. Lev 24:22 KJV

One ordinance [shall be both] for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourneth [with you], an ordinance forever in your generations: as you [are], so shall the stranger be before Yahweh. Num 15:15 KJV

When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. Deu 24:20 KJV

Cursed [be] he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen. Deu 27:19 KJV

Thus saith Yahweh, Keep you judgment, and do justice: for my salvation [is] near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed. Isa 56:1 KJV

Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying, Yahweh hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I [am] a dry tree. Isa 56:3 KJV

For thus saith Yahweh unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose [the things] that please me, and take hold of my covenant; Isa 56:4 KJV

Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.Isa 56:5 KJV

Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to Yahweh, to serve him, and to love the name of Yahweh, to be his servants, everyone that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; Isa 56:6 KJV

Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices [shall be] accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. Isa 56:7 KJV

Yahweh Almighty which gathereth the outcasts of Yisraal saith, Yet will I gather [others] to him, beside those that are gathered unto him. Isa 56:8 KJV

And say unto them, Thus saith Yahweh Almighty; Behold, I will take the children of Yisraal from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: Eze 37:21 KJV
