Administration of Reconciliation
• Administrative. The Office of the Secretary of Peace (OSOP), headed by the Secretary of Peace (SOP) oversees the affairs of the twenty-four GOP Secretarial divisions, each of which is created in turn to oversee the multifaceted internal workings of the subdivisions functioning under the umbrella of strategic and other critical GOP operations and management.
• Human Resources. The vetting and hiring of additional and/or replacement, substitute or provisional Secretarial Officers to administrate in the various offices overseen by the COP. An important aspect of the hiring process involves lobbying from members to fill posts with their nationals, highlighting the SOP’s role of negotiating.
• Peacekeeping. The SOP's office shoulders the responsibility for overseeing peacekeeping missions and appoints the Secretarial Officer to determine and modulate the undertaking at hand, and all undertakings of that department.
• Mediation. This function involves intervention by the Office of Secretary of Peace in its role to act as mediator between parties in conflict. As part of his "good offices" role the Secretary of Peace makes use of his independence and impartiality as the head of a global organization to prevent and stop the spread of conflict.
Includes the following:
• Grants and issues passports to GOP citizens and authorized officials for foreign consuls to perform their respective duties in relation to the policies of the GOP;
• Advises the Counsel on the appointment of GOP ambassadors, ministers, consuls, and other diplomatic representatives;
• Advises the Counsel regarding the acceptance, recall, and dismissal of the representatives of foreign governments;
• Personally participates in or directs GOP representatives to international conferences, organizations, and agencies;
• Negotiates, interprets, and terminates treaties and agreements;
• Ensures the GOP’s standard of protection for the Nation of Yisraal citizens, their property and interests in foreign countries;
• Supervises the administration of GOP immigration laws abroad;
• Provides information to citizens of the Nation of Yisraal regarding the political, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian conditions in foreign countries;
• Informs the Counsel and citizens of the Nation of Yisraal on the conduct of U.S.foreign relations;
• Promotes beneficial economic intercourse among the GOP and other organizations, agencies, states, provinces, regions and nations; Supervises the Foreign Service of the Government Of Peace.
All things [are] of our Heavenly Father, who hath given to us the Administration of Reconciliation, to wit, we were ordain for peace to set all things in order according to his pattern of the Heavenly Order after the order of Melchizadok reconciling the world unto himself, not to make an account of their trespasses unto them.
For this reason we must walk worthy of the priestly office wherein we are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with long suffering, forgiving one another in love in order to bear the burden of the priesthood and reconcile those who have erred back to peace, love, security, health and prosperity. Our Father in Heaven, who is above, has given everyone mercy according to his mercy to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
The ideals that bind us together as a people are found in the Covenant of Peace, which proclaims as "self-evident" the truths "that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". Despite the "self-evident" character of these fundamental principles, the moral standards of liberty and equality have been transgressed. These transgressions include the maltreatment and exploitation of mankind and the immoral institution of human slavery, policies and systems directly antithetical to and irreconcilable with the fundamental principle of human equality and freedom.
The most humiliating apology for past wrongs cannot right them; yet the spirit of true repentance on behalf of the Government of Peace, and, through it, a people, can promote reconciliation and healing, and avert the repetition of past wrongs and the disregard of manifested injustices.
